Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to wear masks and to be mindful of social distancing, occupancy reductions in our F&B outlets and elevators.
  • Outdoor signage for the pool and beach areas.
  • Plexiglas partitions at our front desk as well as mobile check-in and mobile key are offered.
  • Service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.
  • Reduced occupancy in our fitness center and masks are required while working out.
  • All whirlpools, steam and saunas are currently closed per local guidelines.
  • QR code offered for menu and dining options.
  • Valet and self-parking options are available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Enhanced Guest Room Cleaning: We have increased in-room cleaning, especially all high touch point areas. We have eliminated daily housekeeping service for stays of two nights or less, however service can be provided upon request while guest is not in the room. Additional towels and supplies can be requested and will be delivered to the room.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings throughout the resort both indoors & outdoors, except when swimming, sun-bathing, or eating/drinking in our restaurants. Guests must wear personal face coverings while exercising in the fitness center.

Room Amenities:

  • In-room coffee makers have been removed from the guest rooms, but guests can request coffee makers be delivered to their room.
  • All non-essential paper products (i.e. magazines) have been removed from rooms.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m., masks required at all times.
Spa: Open 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., reservation required. Spa pool is open. Whirlpools, Sauna and Steam rooms closed per local guidelines.
Lagoon Pool: Open, social distancing required, whirl pool closed per local guidelines.
Beach: Open, social distancing required.
Kids Surf Club: Closed until further notice.
Resort Shop: Open
Business Center: Open
Sea Level Restaurant: Open for lunch and dinner, Indoor and Outdoor Seating.
Starbucks: Open, 6 a.m. - 2 p.m., daily. 6' floor markings for social distancing while in line are in effect.
Loggerhead Beach Café: Open on weekends only.
Beach & Pool F&B Service: Open for service at individual beach/pool chairs.

Riva Restaurant: Closed until further notice.
HB Fresh: Closed until further notice.
In Room Dining: Closed until further notice.

Social distancing and 50% reduced occupancy in place in all indoor dining facilities.
QR Code Menus or Paper Menus (one time use) available

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

In accordance to Broward County's COVID-19 requirements, all guests are required to wear personal face coverings when moving throughout the resort in all areas, indoor and outdoor, including while working out in the fitness center. The only exceptions are while eating or drinking at a restaurant, swimming in the pool or ocean, sunbathing, or engaging in water sports activities.
