Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

 

 

  • Floor decals/stickers without brand logos are placed in queuing areas to denote safe distances for waiting.
  • Pool Items-utilized guidance from the Broward County Health Department. (Limited bath load, limited hours of operation, hot tub is closed as well as saunas.) Seating diagram for social distancing on the pool deck.
  • Re-designed diagram for lobby/pre-function furniture and seating that encourages social distancing requirements. Sashes over seating area to promote social distancing.
  • Signage in elevators to remind guests of social distancing and possibly waiting for another elevator.
  • Plexiglass barriers are at the grab & go Café and front desk with plants placed in between pods.
  • Shuttle service (currently discontinued) will be limited to comply with social distancing guidelines.
  • F&B outlet seating has been reconfigured for social distancing and per Broward County mandates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates and Guests will be required to wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings based upon guidelines and requirements from state and local health authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

 

Housekeeping:

 

  • Housekeeping stay over service is currently unavailable at this time.
  • We are asking guests to place trash in the trash bag provided at check-in (you can place outside your and notify the front desk for removal.)
  • Additional in-room amenities, towels, sheets, and pillows can be retrieved at the front desk.
  • We ask guests to to ensure anything left in the hallway has been placed in a bag.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

Fitness Center

  • Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday: 6am - 6pm

 

Pool

  • Hours of Operation: 10am - 6pm
  • No more than 15 people in the pool at one time
  • Practice Social Distancing at least 6ft from other people (unless family units)
  • Please do not move or add furniture
  • Use a towel to sit in a chair or lounge chair
  • We ask guests to place all soiled towels in bin near clean towels at entrance of the hotel off the boardwalk
  • No day guests are permitted. Only registered guests permitted.
  • The Hot tub and Saunas are currently closed

The Westin Café:

  • Open Monday thru Friday: 6:30am to 10:30am, Saturday and Sunday: 7:30am to 11:30am
  • The Westin Café is proudly serving Starbuck's for grab and go pre-packaged breakfast items. Sealed plastic cutlery is used.

 

 

Lobby Lounge:

  • Open Monday through Sunday 5pm - 10pm
  • We will be serving alcoholic beverages and "light and healthy" menu items. Per Broward County all guests must be seated at a table to order dine in or carry out.
  • No seating or ordering allowed at the bar itself. All restaurants and bars to close per Broward County by 10pm seven days a week.

 

Masks must be worn except when eating and drinking at a table.

Tables cannot be moved.

No parties over 6 individuals.
