Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Associates and discrete signages throughout our hotels will politely remind guests to maintain social distancing, disinfection of hands, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Room service orders are delivered right to your door, with no access of our personnel within guest rooms. Valet service is currently available for parking, and it is performed using Personal Protective Gears for the protection of the guest.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Hand disinfectant gel is available throughout the hotel.

 

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, reservation is required, masks is encouraged, limited capacity is implemented.
  • Spa: Open, reservation is required. Guests are encouraged to wear face mask, while therapists will mandatorily wear it.
  • Swimming Pool OASI: Open, Social distancing, reduced capacity.
  • Shuttle: Not operational. Taxis and rented vehicles with driver are available and can be organized
Il Poeta Restaurant: Open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Reduced seating capacity, social distancing, a la carte service, no buffet service available. Individual condiments are provided.

L'Affresco Bar: Open during the evening. Reduced seating capacity, social distancing.

Oasi Pool Bar: Open for lunch. Reduced capacity and social distancing. Individual condiments are provided.

In Room Dining: Available. Menu is available electronically on the IPTV set. Orders are delivered to the room doorstep. Trolleys are collected directly from the corridor, once guests have finished the meal or at guest leisure

  • Breakfast: We offer daily breakfast in restaurant for two or 750 points per day to Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members.
  • Welcome Gift: Welcome gift of 500 points for Elite Gold members. A welcome gift of 1,000 points per stay or breakfast in restaurant per day, member + 1 to Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members.
  • Late Check Out: Platinum Elite/Titanium Elite/Ambassador Elite members may check out as late as 4 p.m. according to availability. Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador guests members can request late checkout via central reservations, at check-in, via mobile check-in (where available) or at any point during their stay. Hotels must confirm departure time at time of arrival.
