As per local regulation COVID-19 green pass will be required to visit all indoor hospitality (restaurants and bars, spa & swimming pools) from August 6 in Italy. It will provide proof that the holder has either received at least one dose of the vaccine, has recovered from the virus or tested negative in the previous 48 hours.
 
Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurant, bar fitness and spa areas in accordance with Italian government guidance.

 

  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in public spaces, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

 

  • Valet service is currently available for parking in compliance with anti-COVID-19 health provision.

 

  • Mobile check-in available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott''s Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

Fitness Center: Open, reservation required.

 

Spa: Open from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 12pm and from 4pm to 8.30pm

 

Winter Garden Restaurant: Open from 12pm to 10.30pm

 

Winter Garden Bar: Open from 12pm to 1am

 

Meeting Spaces: Open, reduced capacity.

  • Modified operational practices for in-room dining.
  • No self-service buffets.
  • All food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.
