Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, face masks are mandatory in all public areas for both staff and guests and partitions have been installed at front desks. The set up of the restaurant´s seating area has been adjusted in compliance with local and state mandates to keep the appropriate distance between all tables. The full food and beverage menu is also available for pick up or delivery to the guest room.

 

Mobile check-in and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Current government guidelines state that all guest are required to wear a mask in public spaces, unless they are eating/drinking.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • All In-room equipment such as phone, remote control and kettle are being cleaned and disinfected. For your reassurance, and to minimise the chances of any further spread of Covid-19, several in-room items such as glasses/cups, tea bags, minibar and coffee makers have been removed.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services  while you are away from the room.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations to reinforce social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Restaurant: Open from 06:30 AM to 10:00 PM, face masks required for entry.
  • M Club: Open from 06:30 AM to 10:00 PM, face masks required for entry. Limited services.
  • Room Service: Open from 06:30 AM to 10:00 PM, contactless delivery.
  • Bars: Temporarily closed.
  • Meeting & Event Space: Open in compliance with official regulations.
  • Fitness & Wellness Area: Temporarily closed.

We know how important meals are to a great hotel experience. Our temporary Restaurant SkyLoft on level E2 is open at the following times: 

 

Monday to Sunday, 06:30 AM - 10:00 PM

 

We are still subject to government restrictions to minimise the spread of Covid-19, so we are limiting the number of people in our restaurants. The restaurant will frequently be cleaned. Guests can choose if they wish to take a seat at a table, collect the order or have it delivered contactless to their guest room via Room Service. Our menu can also be viewed on your mobile phone via a QR code.

 

Breakfast will be served in paper bags from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM, available for pick up or to enjoy in the restaurant. Guest are asked to place their breakfast order together with a preferred pick up time the previous evening.

 

Our restaurant is also open for external guest (up to four guests per table) during lunch and dinner. In compliance with government guidelines, all external guests must either provide proof of a recent negative Covid-19 test or show proof of being fully vaccinated or having recovered from Covid-19. Guests are also asked to provide contact details when dining in the restaurant. A reservation is required, please book ahead via e-mail to salesFRA@marriott.com.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

Lounge access is available for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite Members with a room reservation at Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel and guests who booked a room or suite with M Club access.
