Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please kindly note that as of April 2nd, 2022, the obligation to provide evidence that there are no indications of an infection with Covid-19 by either a valid vaccination certificate, proof of recovery or negative test result does no longer apply.

Covid-19 testing at Frankfurt Airport


Various test centers are available at Frankfurt Airport. The Ecocare test center is open 24/7 and is located between the hotel entrance and The Squaire and offers a variety of tests. Alternatively, there is a Medicare test center located in The Squaire, just a few steps away from the hotel entrance. Both, EcoCare and Medicare also offer complimentary "Bürgertests" for German residents.

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and partitions at front desks have been installed . The set up of the restaurant´s seating area has been adjusted in compliance with local and state mandates to keep the appropriate distance between all tables. 


As of April 2nd, 2022, face masks are no longer mandatory for hotel guests.


Mobile check-in and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. 

Room Amenities:

  • All In-room equipment such as phone, remote control and kettle are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We offer complimentary water bottles in our guest rooms.  For your reassurance, and to minimise the chances of any further spread of Covid-19, several in-room items such minibars have been removed.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide daily housekeeping cleaning services  while you are away from the room.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations to reinforce social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Restaurant "The Eatery kitchen and bar": Open from Monday to Friday 06:30 AM to 11:00 PM (kitchen closes at 10:00 PM) and Saturday to Sunday 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM (kitchen closes at 10:00 PM). Face masks and proof of vaccination/recovery/negative test result are no longer required for entry. 
  • Restaurant "Flavors": Open for breakfast Monday to Sunday 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Face masks and proof of vaccination/recovery/negative test result are no longer required for entry. 
  • Room Service: Open from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Club Lounge: Breakfast (06:30 AM to 10:30 AM) is served at Restaurant Flavors and drinks are available throughout the day (10:30 AM to 05:00 PM) at The Eatery kitchen and bar. The Club Lounge on the lobby level opens from 05:00 PM to 10:00 PM and serves a variety of snacks in a bento box and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Face masks are no longer required for entry. 
  • Bars: Temporarily closed.
  • Meeting & Event Space: Open in compliance with official regulations.
  • Fitness & Wellness Area: The fitness area on level E1 is open 24/7. The wellness area is temporarily closed.
  • Hotel Parking: Limited hotel parking available. Plenty of additional parking possibilities at Terminal 1.

Restaurant Flavors serves an extensive breakfast buffet and a limited a la carte breakfast. A limited a la carte breakfast and international cuisine throughout the day are available at The Eatery kitchen and bar.

We are still subject to government restrictions to minimise the spread of Covid-19, so we are limiting the number of people in our restaurants. We strongly recommend that you book ahead so that you can choose the time which is right for you. You can book your table for the Eatery kitchen and bar here.


The restaurants will frequently be cleaned. Our menu can also be viewed on your mobile phone via a QR code.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.
