YOU CAN RELY ON IT!

In all public areas of the hotel, our guests and employees alike have to wear a mask without any restrictions. We greet you with a smile, even behind the mask, you can trust that!

You don't have a mask with you? Our reception offers you a selection of different hygiene as well as sanitary products.

All employees were intensively prepaired for the new standards by us through trainings.

Our teams wear masks and, where necessary, gloves.

For the safety of everyone, we keep our distance of at least 1,5 m.

Please note the signs with the relevant information. Neuralgic traffic areas (hot spots) such as Elevators may only be used with a mask and a maximum of 2 people at the same time.

Wherever customers and employees are in touch, there are Plexiglas walls to protect everyone, especially at the reception and at the restaurant entrance.

Instead of newspapers, we have the Press Reader app ready for you.

Our fitness center is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Training courses are currently taking place individually and please also note the specified distance rules at all times.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

IN OUR ROOMS AND SUITES:

We have currently removed decorative pillows / decorative elements and dispensable paper material from the rooms.

Anything left in the room will be disinfected every time on departurte (ballpoint pen, badamenities, iron, etc.).

Upon arrival we provide you with personal disinfectant wipes in your room free of charge.

We do not use the housekeeping service during your stay in order to keep the contact as low as possible (social distancing). The hotel rooms are thoroughly ventilated, cleaned and disinfected after each departure.

We use the most modern cleaning supplies which have been specially developed for use against Covid-19.

Cleaning and microfiber cloths are exchanged after every single room cleaning.


WHAT DO WE PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN CLEANING:

We use the most modern cleaning agents which have been specially developed for use against Covid-19.

In public areas such as the lobby, fitness, reception, conference area and restaurants you will find easily accessible disinfection facilities and there are sufficient numbers of disinfectant dispensers throughout the hotel. You will also find a disinfection set in your room for your personal use upon arrival.

We take regular tours, including disinfection of all high-traffic areas, such as Toilets, elevators, lobby etc.

We clean and disinfect details that touch your hands such as Door handles, switches, shelves, fittings and banisters.

Our special cleaning and microfiber cloths are exchanged after each tour.

We are currently making our service as contactless as possible.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Restaurant: Open 07:00 - 10:00 a.m. and 07:00 - 10:00 p.m.

PHYSICAL WELL-BEING IS 'SAFELY' TAKEN CARE OF AND OUR SERVICE CERTAINLY REMAINS THE SAME - WE PROMISE!

Our Eastside & Terrasse restaurant is open and offers a correspondingly adapted menu - largely contact-free and in compliance with local regulatory requirements. Our hotel bar will remain closed until further notice. You can now get drinks in the restaurant.

You will find a variety of seating with a safety gap of 1.50 m.

Use our restaurant and stay safe in the hotel so as not to spread the virus. Our entire range of drinks and food is tailored to Covid-19 hygiene measures. On request, we also serve in individual packaging, and we also offer all meals and drinks as Grap & Go.

We also fulfill culinary wishes for larger groups.

Furthermore, we have a large selection of local and healthy products available.

We serve breakfast individually in our restaurant in compliance with the minimum distance and the local official hygiene requirements.


FOR YOUR MEETING, INCENTIVE, CONFERENCE & EVENT:

All measures in the public area also apply in the event area.

We keep our distance - Please note the markings in the form of arrows, signs and spacing bars. These show in all conference rooms and common areas for e.g. Coffee break and lunch snack at the legally regulated distance of 1.5 meters.

New seating plans define the number of people in meetings with a minimum distance of 1.5 m; our capacities are adapted to the social distance.

Our service staff wears a mask and gloves, your banquet contact person will be your contact for all questions and also on the subject of hygiene.

All conference equipment such as moderator's cases, pens and microphones are disinfected.

Contactless "instruction" in the technology available in the room (projector, screen and sound).

Thanks to excellent internet connections, conferences can be streamed live - Corona-free zone.

Your conference table is your personal "corona-free zone" and is disinfected by our employees before the start of the event and during the lunch break.

In addition, you can find disinfectant wipes for your personal use on every table on request.

The drinks on the conference tables are adapted to individual sizes per participant.

The coffee break is carried out separately for each conference and tailored to individual needs while observing disinfection, cleaning and hygiene in the event area. Of course, we can also serve you all food and drinks in the event room.

You will find easily accessible disinfectant dispensers in front of the conference rooms and in the common areas.

In the conference rooms you will find disinfectants in the form of towels and masks on request.

For every 50 conference guests, we provide one cleaning person for your event who regularly ensures the disinfection and cleaning of the event area.
You will also find disinfectant dispensers in the coffee breaks for individual cleaning when operating the coffee machines.

Restaurant areas can be reserved exclusively for you and your group.

Our entire range of drinks and food is tailored to Covid-19 hygiene measures. On request, we can also serve in individual packaging.

Whether buffet, menu or lunch box - we fulfill culinary wishes for larger groups too.

Furthermore, we have a large selection of local and healthy products available.

Optionally, we offer you to use our food truck and the terrace in front of the hotel for lunch. Here the participants move in the outdoor area in the fresh air and can keep their distance particularly well.
