Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. According to the Corona Protection Ordinance, there currently is no obligation to provide proof of the SAR-CoV-2 virus in the state of Hessen. Leisure guests and business travelers do not have to present proof of vaccination, recovery or negative test at check-in.
  • Masks are no longer mandatory in the entire hotel. However, there are signs to remind guests of social distancing.
  • Mobile check-in and mobile key, service requests and room service orders are delivered directly to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. 


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily while you are away from the room.

Our Champions Bar & Restaurant, our CROSS Bar & Restaurant, Brasserie ici and the M Club Lounge are open to guests. Mobile dining is available.
