Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Based on the ordinance to protect the population from infections with the SARS-CoV 2 coronavirus of the state of Hesse, evidence must be provided upon Check-In that there are no indications of an infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The evidence must be provided in combination with an official identity card. Please kindly note, that regulations differ for business travellers and leisure guests. 

 

For guests travelling for business, valid evidence include:

 

  • Vaccination certificate: Full vaccination from the day of the second vaccination + 15 days
  • Proof of recovery: Performed no less than 28 days and no more than six months ago
  • A negative test result based on a PCR test from a recognized test center conducted no more than 48 hours ago or an antigen test from a recognized test center conducted no more than 24 hours ago. For guests staying more than one night, a valid negative test result must be provided daily.
     

For guests travelling for leisure, valid evidence include:

 

  • Vaccination certificate: Full vaccination from the day of the second vaccination + 15 days
  • Proof of recovery: Performed no less than 28 days and no more than six months ago

Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Face coverings are required in all indoor public areas and elevators.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. 


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily while you are away from the room. 
Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
M Club Lounge: Open, face masks required at all times.
Champions Bar & Restaurant and our M Club Lounge will be open for guests. Our restaurants Brasserie ici and CROSS will remain closed for guests. Mobile Dining is available.
