Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel has been set-up to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Also, barriers have been installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and Mobile key as well as Mobile service requests are available via Marriott Bonvoy App.
  • Regular Handwashing and Sanitization is of particular value, hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings but are not obligated.
  • Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:


  • In-room coffee makers are currently not available in every room.
  • Guest amenities are available upon request.
  • No magazines or newspaper are laid out in the guestroom.
  • Minibar is refreshed daily.

Housekeeping Service:


  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 2nd night.
  • Steady Cleanliness trainings for the team are being implemented and included in daily-stand up meetings.
  • Public spaces are being cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals and each room key gets disinfected before handing it out to the guest.
  • Only Guest laundry from longstay guests is washed in the hotel directly, everything else goes to an external laundry service.
  • Decorative cushions have been removed from guestrooms.
  • Mattress covers and pillow covers in every guestroom.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center. Opening hours 7.00am to 9.00pm
  • Spa. Opening hours 7.00am to 9.00pm
In-room-dining service is modified, employees are wearing face masks. Self-service buffet is allowed in Germany, food handlers are trained on safe food preparation.

Occupancy limit is 80Pax outside on the terrace, 40Pax inside the restaurant. Two different reservation slots for limiting guest occupancy (6.00pm & 8.00pm)

Periodic Global Food Safety Audits are being executed to assure and capture on-going food quality in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
