Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Precautions to protect our guests and associates:

  • All our associates are trained in preventing infections.
  • We perform a regular sanitizing schedule of all contact surfaces.
  • Hand sanitizers are in the hotellobby for your use.
  • The use of face masks is required.
  • Wellness area is closed
  • Our restaurant is offering breakfast only. All other Food & Beverages areas are currently closed
  • Room Service available 24h with our regular room service charge of 4 €.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Our guests receive an introduction to the Marriott "Your Choice" program.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness area open 24h
  • Updated conference concept, e.g. for our Jacques Offenbach Hall with 373 sqm and a ceiling height of almost 7 m. Our food offer is adapted to the respective valid regulations. Distance concepts are possible, please contact us!

  • Our Pure Restaurant is currently only open for breakfast. At present we serve a delicious continental Breakfast
  • Room Service is 24 h available with our regular rooms service charge with 4 €.

  • Special offer for our Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Members, and guests who have booked club access: 1 complimentary room service dish and a drink daily (soft, beer, small bottle of wine or open glass of our house wine)
