Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Hand sanitizing stations and signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and face masks usage.
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Temperature tests, hand and shoes sanitation at the entrance of the hotel.
  • Constant staff training for COVID-19 measures and updates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators
  • Hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas for guests and hotel staff.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers, blow dryer, iron and iron board are not currently available in guest rooms, however they are available upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Terra Mare Restaurant, Caribe Boardwalk and Executive Lounge open. Face masks are required when no food or beverages are being consumed.
  • Pool, Fitness and Business Centers closed until further Government notice.
  • Terra Mare Restaurant: Open from 6:30 am to 6:00pm.
  • To Go Service: TOGO orders are available from 6:30am to 8:00pm.
  • Room Service: Is available from 6:30am to 10:00pm
  • Caribe Boardwalk: Open Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00pm
  • Mobile Dining option available through the Marriott Bonvoy App chat

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
