Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • For our guest's safety, we have installed signage throughout the resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing, our occupancy limits and seating capacities in our restaurants have been reduced in compliance with the Scottish Government, and partitions have been installed at front desk.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear face coverings and gloves based on the activities they are performing. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Room Amenities that cannot be sanitised have been removed from Guest Rooms and are available upon request.
  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with Scottish Government regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Golf: Open, social distancing required.
  • Horse Riding: Open.
  • Fitness Center: Open, with pre booking required
  • Spa: Open
  • Turnberry Adventures: Open.
  • Wee Explorers: Closed until further notice.
  • Shuttle: Operating on normal schedule.
  • Our restaurants are open to Hotel Guests, with varied hours. Enhanced hygiene measures are in place within our kitchen and serving teams.
  • Social distancing and digital menus are in place in all restaurants.
  • For self-catering Villa and Cottage guests, food hampers can be delivered directly to the accommodation.

  • Breakfast: Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite guests are entitled to continental breakfast, based on two persons sharing, as a choice in their welcome bonus.
  • Welcome Gift: Gold Elite guests will receive a 500 Points bonus upon check-in. Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite guests have a welcome gift choice between continental breakfast for two people or 1000 Bonus points.
  • Late Check-Out: Silver Elite guests will receive a late checkout up until 2PM if requested on the day of departure. Gold Elite guests will receive 2PM checkout subject to availability. Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite guests will receive a 4PM checkout subject to availability.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: We offer Mobile Check-In and Check-Out, where guests can give their estimated arrival time, preferences and any requests (e.g. extra pillows, extra towels).
  • Mobile Key: We offer Mobile Key on the resort where guests can access their room from their mobile device.
