The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Signage: Throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, 6" spacing in our food and beverage outlets with occupancy limits in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Mobile App: Our mobile technologies provide reassurance and distancing options for our guests. Your phone can be used to check in, access your room, and chat with our associates.
  • Barriers: We have installed plexiglass partitions at our front desk, Café Expresso, Skylite Café and Lobby Bar (bar opening date to be announced).
  • Fitness Center: Our fitness center is spaced for social distancing.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. Face coverings are required for all guest in all public areas. You'll also notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:


  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): We wear because we care - all Associates will wear PPE. All guests are required to wear face coverings in all public areas.
  • Health Safety Checks: Temperature checks of all hotel employee and vendors.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators.
  • Guest Rooms: We have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean and disinfected all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. And we will be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible.
  • Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizing stations are installed though out the entire hotel. We also have hand sanitizers that are placed as needed in our meeting rooms.
  • Electrostatic Sprayers: To sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, mask required, limited occupancy complying with local regulations.
Restaurants: Open, mask required, spaced seating and limited occupancy complying with local regulations.

Room Service: 6am - 11am & 5pm - 10pm

  • Contactless delivery with disposable single-use utensils.

Café Expresso: 7am - 2pm


Joseph's Restaurant: 6am - 11am, 11:30am - 2pm, 5pm - 10pm.

Bar Down Under: 5pm - 11pm Limited Bar Menu


  • All food and beverage outlets offer dine-in or take away with spaced seating, disposable tableware and plexiglass partitions.
  • Room service will be delivered to your door.
  • All associates wear PPE and we implement enhanced cleaning and disinfecting.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
