Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Currently, there are no valet parking services available but our on-site parking is conveniently located at the entrance to the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in is available and service requests can be made through the app or by simply calling our 24/7 front desk team to assist with anything you need.
  • Face masks are required in all public spaces of the hotel.
  • Housekeeping daily services available on request. We will automatically be servicing rooms on day 7 for our extended stay guests.
  • Packets of disinfectant wipes are provided in every sleeping room.
  • All sleeping rooms are being treated using CDC approved chemicals in addition to each room resting at least 24 hours between each guest. Special attention is given to all high tough areas. They are thoroughly disinfected including the remote which is placed in a protective covering.
  • All high touch areas throughout the hotel have been thoroughly cleaned, and are continuously monitored/sanitized throughout the day. There are hand sanitizer stations available throughout the lobby.
  • Associate health and wellness checks are conducted daily, and each associate has gone through our "Connecting Safely" training. Associates temperatures are checked daily, and face masks are required at all times.
  • The Fitness Center is open 24/7, and limited to 4 guests at a time. Face masks are recommended by the CDC to wear during workouts. The Front Desk has face masks if you need one.
  • The Pool is open from dusk to dawn with a limited capacity of 23 guests at a time.
  • Same day laundry service is available Mon-Fri via Masters Mark Dry Cleaning Services.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Shuttle service is available from 7am-9pm, and special arrangements can be made for earlier or later arrival times.
  • Our market is located next to the Front Desk and is open 24/7 with a variety of snacks, beverages, alcohol, and meal options.
  • Artisan bar is open from 6pm-10pm daily with a dinner service available 6pm-9pm.
  • In-room dining is currently closed. However, please call ext.255 to order take-out (6pm-9pm) from Artisan. You will be given a designated time for pick-up from the bar.
