Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.
  • To ensure a quicker and smoother check-in, guests can send via email prior to arrival, their passport or ID copy and contact information, in order for the hotel to pre-fill in the required police & hotel documents.
  • Valet service is currently available, and car is disinfected by hotel employees after each use.
  • Room service delivery and pick up is at the guestroom door. Employees do not enter the guestroom.
  • After each check out, we are proceeding with a deep cleaning a disinfecting process and leave the room empty minimum 24 hours.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are currently available, and disinfected during room cleanness process. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • All hotel employees are wearing face masks.
  • Clients have to wear face masks when walking in hotel public space.
  • All hotel employees are daily trained on sanitary measures and hygiene in accordance with Swiss government guidelines and Marriott's Commitment to Clean to ensure the safety of our guests in our public spaces, guestrooms and restaurants.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, guests need to wear face masks when walking between equipment.
Spa: Open, reservation required, guests needs to wear face masks at all times.
Pool: Open, face masks required when on sunbeds.

  • Indoor restaurants are closed. Our outdoor terrace restaurant is open with limited seating arrangements, to respect social distancing.
  • Menu available on guest's phone through a QR code.
  • Each guest contact information is taking while seated.
  • Guests need to wear face masks in the restaurant when not seated (for example, when arriving, leaving and going to the restroom).
  • Breakfast is served only through room service. The table is left a guestroom door, service staff is not entering the room.
  • Weekend brunch concept has been modified, to avoid buffet style.
  • In the kitchen, all employees are wearing face masks and working with required social distancing.
