Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, spa and fitness in compliance with local and federal mandates, and partitions installed at front desk, concierge desk and Spa reception.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and stairs as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are available and they are thoroughly disinfected after each guest departure. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open, limited availibility, disinfectant wipes at guest disposal.
Spa: Open, Hand sanitizing stations available.
Pool and WET Deck Facilities: Open with limited availability.
Shuttle: Operating on request, use of face mask recommended for passengers.

  • Guests who live in Switzerland will continue to use their current covid certificate
  • Guests who live in a EU/AELE country will continue to use their national covid certificate. All guests in this category can enter Switzerland, but if they are not vaccinated, they will need to present 2 covid tests: one at the entry border, and a second one 4 days later. All guests must register through an entry form
  • All other guests living outside of an EU/AELE country need to fill in an entry formand must be vaccinated to enter Switzerland (this does not apply for guests with an EU/AELE passport, with a valid Schengen visa or for kids under 18 accompanied by an adult).
