Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Guest is contacted with Pre-Arrival email to learn about his preferences, thus his checking in will be less contacted. During checking in, contactless payment is preferred. There is a special procedure for cash payments as well. We encourage guests to park their cars by themselves. The seats in the shuttle services are minimized and marked with special stickers. Our drivers are not directly contacted with the guests, There is a barrier between them as well. Room delivery is only take away according to the new IRD Program. All paper-based menus, brochures removed from all outlets and the rooms. Replaced with QR Code. All MR guests are provided with the new amenity Program. In all our F&B outlets we are following the social distancing and dining procedures in regards to the pandemic regulations. HKP has started the Your Choice Program. Thus they will clean rooms after 3 days( inc checking in) . Upon checkout key cards are put into the special box by guest and they are all disinfected after their checkout. Bellboy team is also coordinated to disinfect all the luggage according to the cleaning standards which is set by government.
As of from 10th august we have started to implement Guest Room Cleaning -Your Choice program to stayover rooms.By doing this we have limited contact with guests inside the hotel, as per this program stayover rooms are being fully cleaned every third day, in case if guest asks for daily cleaning we provide it as exceptional. During full cleaning guests are asked to leave the room or we provide service when guest is not in the room. Sanitizing napkins in each guest room, face masks in plastic film, all collaterals removed from guest rooms, only disposable (one time usage) tools-amenities placed. Public areas outlets disinfecting every 2 hours by responsible associate. All high touch areas in both, guest rooms and public areas are being disinfected according to protocols and procedures Commitment to Clean program. Hotel is disinfected thoroughly in a timely basis and registered in log book to be shown in public for hotel's guests.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Outside is inside pool, fitness and spa, M&E venues are closed at the moment due to the governmental restrictions. As soon as the restrictions are lifted, we will start using them according the procedures which is set by Government and Marriott rules. We do not have Golf and Kids venues.

  • IRIS Mobile Dining option is not available instead we are using Local (Hungry.az) Mobile Dining Program
  • All F&B Venues are operating with following of Government and Marriott Rules about the Pandemic.
