Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

According to the new regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, starting from September 1st, 2021, individuals over the age of 18 can use services provided indoors in public catering establishments, in hotels, and large shopping centers only if they hold a Covid-19 vaccination or immunity certificate.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions installed at the front desks.

Protective face masks, gloves, disinfectant wipes and sprays are available throughout the hotel premises for guest use. To increase safety, UV light devices are utilized at the front desk.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.


Departure Time: Please inform our Front Desk at least one hour prior to your check-out time using the in-room phone, mobile phone, or mobile chat via the Marriott Bonvoy application.

Temperature Screening: Guests' temperature will be screened at any of the hotel's entrances.

Luggage Disinfection: Your luggage will be disinfected and labeled upon your arrival at the hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear personal face coverings and make use of sanitizing stations.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

In-room Housekeeping Service: The guests will receive daily housekeeping cleaning services or according to guest preferences.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Mask usage is strongly advised at all times. Only 3 persons are allowed to use fitness facilities at a time. Prior reservation required. Lockers are temporarily unavailable.

Spa: Reservation required. Locker and changing facilities are provided inside the treatment room. Reduced capacity is established for the usage of sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam.

Signage throughout our restaurants to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in compliance with local and state mandates. Queuing system and sanitizing stations are available at the restaurant entrance. Service at the buffet will be provided by the restaurant associates. Touch-free menus and scanning QR codes are available. Guests Contactless payment is preferable. Individually wrapped cutleries and napkins are provided to each guest upon arrival. All surfaces and furniture are regularly sanitized.

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear personal face coverings when approaching the restaurant and the buffet and make use of sanitizing stations.

Contactless In-Room dining service and take away food are available.
