The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Providing a safer environment for our guests and Ladies and Gentlemen is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least six feet or two meters from other guests and resort Ladies and Gentlemen.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Golf: Both courses are open at Half Moon Bay Golf Links. To place a reservation, please call (650) 726-1800.
  • Recreation: Tennis and Bicycles are available with reservations.
  • Spa: Currently open Wednesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m (available to overnight guests during open Spa hours and to day guests Wednesday through Friday). The Spa Shop is open Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. To place a reservation, please call (650) 712-7000.
  • Pool: Open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
    • Children are permitted to enjoy the pool with a parent or guardian present at all times daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Club Lounge: Currently closed.

Ocean Terrace

  • Currently open Friday through Sunday to overnight guests only (weather permitting) from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In-Room Dining

  • Breakfast: Daily from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Lunch: Daily from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Dinner: Daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Late Night Menu: Daily from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.

The Conservatory

  • Breakfast: Daily from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. 
  • Lunch: Daily from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. 
  • Dinner: Daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. 


The Conservatory is currently welcoming guests with an overnight reservation only that can be placed here.


  • Dinner: From Thursday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Weekend Brunch: On Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.


Guests that do not have an overnight reservation must have a confirmed Navio reservation. Navio reservations can be placed here.
