Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits. Seating capacities reductions in meeting rooms and our outlets in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions installed at front desk. Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app or via house phone.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in our guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, Lobby areas, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings in all public areas.

Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • Guests can request contactless room service delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available for every arriving guest upon request


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Physical Park Hannover-a partner Fitness from our Hotel is regularly open for all our in-house guests. Guest should keep the social distance at least 1.5 Meters from others
Sheraton Club Lounge: Closed until further notice
Pelikan Bar: Open (Wednesday - Saturday) with reduced seating capacities to make sure a 1.5 Meters distance to be guaranteed from guest to guest
5th Avenue Restaurant: only breakfast, stay closed for lunch or dinner until further notice
Sheraton Club Lounge: stay closed until further notice

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
