Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotel has been set-up to remind guests to maintain social distancing, also barriers have been installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.


Regular Handwashing and Sanitization is of particular value, hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel: main entrance, restaurant entrances, breakfast room entrance, bar entrance, all floor areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.


All public areas will be cleaned with disinfectant every 2 hours, all public toilet areas hourly.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per legal regulation guests are also obligated to wear personal face coverings, but it can be a personal exemplar. Masks can be purchased at the reception.

Electrostatic Spraying.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

 

  • In-room coffee makers are currently available.
  • Disinfectant wipes are at your disposal in the guest rooms.


Housekeeping Service:

 

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Room will be cleaned only if guest has left the room.
  • Steady Cleanliness trainings for the team are being implemented and included in daily-stand up meetings.
  • Public spaces are being cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals and each room key gets disinfected before handing it out to the guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center is closed.
  • Spa and Pool are closed for the time being due to legal regulations. Massages as well as facial treatments are not available.
  • Shuttle: Not available at the moment.
Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices.

In the restaurant there is an occupancy limit and seating capacity reductions in compliance with local and state mandates.
Grill & Health Restaurant 30 seats available at the moment instead of 60.
Respective menus are single used for the guests.

For the time being all outlets are closed based on direction by the local authorities.
