Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Throughout the hotel, guidance systems point our guests to keep social distancing and respect hygiene guidelines. In addition, maximum capacities are defined for our elevators.
  • When entering the hotel, restaurant and bar, it is mandatory to wear face masks.
  • By using the Marriott Bonvoy App, guest requests, check-in and check-out can be controlled contactless and the "Mobile Key" function can be used additionally.
  • Luggage service is available to a limited extent.
  • Valet parking service is currently not available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wearing PPE (e.g. face coverings and depending on department also gloves). Plexiglass panes are also installed at the reception as additional protection.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers and water boilers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disnfection wipes are available in the room for every guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: open, the minimum distance is granted due to a limited number of fitness equipment.
  • Sauna: closed
  • Pool: closed
  • Executive Lounge: closed

Cast Iron Grill Restaurant
Breakfast is served daily in the Cast Iron Grill restaurant. You can choose between 3 different breakfast options. A continental breakfast, good start or our full American breakfast. The Full American Breakfast is served in buffet style. It is mandatory to wear masks at the buffet. Throughout the restaurant and buffet, guidance systems point our guests to keep social distancing and respect hygiene guidelines. In addition, disposable gloves are available to use at the buffet. Our serving cutlery is exchanged frequently. All breakfast options can also be ordered via In-Room Dining and can be served to your room. Breakfast is available from Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 11:00 am and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 12:00pm. At noon between 12:00am and 2:00pm, our lunch offer "Quicklunch" is served with a weekly changing menu consisting of two different dishes and a dessert.


We also offer an additional drinks and food menu until 10:00pm. Depending on the weather, we welcome our guests on our terrace.

Pianobar
The piano bar is open daily from 10:00am to 11:00pm for our guests. We are offering a selected drinks and food menu.

In order to maintain the minimum distance, seating options were partially removed. Tables and chairs are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest.

We are offering a selected in-room dining menu. In-room dining is available 24 hours a day.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
