From January 10, 2022 we are allowed to welcome vaccinated or recovered guests plus a negative test result only. 

A PCR test, which is carried out a maximum of 48 hours, and a rapid test, which was carried out a maximum of 24 hours before entering the company, is considered as proof of the test. Hotel guests who are obliged to test must repeat the test certificate every 72 hours. This extended period only applies to accommodation.
The following are exempt from the obligation to test:

•     Adolescents up to the age of 16 may enter without being vaccinated/genetically screened or tested. Juveniles must prove their age with an official photo ID that they have not yet reached the age of 16.
•    Fully vaccinated persons with proof of a booster vaccination (so-called booster vaccination: the booster vaccination applies immediately after the booster vaccination has been carried out.)
•    Proof of a full vaccination (twice vaccinated), together with a recovered card afterwards, is valid as a booster vaccination.
Guests and employees must wear a medical mask.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.
These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wearing PPE (e.g. face coverings and depending on department also gloves). Plexiglass panes are also installed at the reception as additional protection.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

  • Check In: Please note the current regulations as of January 10, 2022. 
    Double vaccinated guests (15 days after the 2nd vaccination) or recovered guests must show proof of vaccination or recovery as well as a negative test result.
     
  • Fitness Center: open
  • Sauna: open
  • Pool: open (Please notice, that the Pool will be closed from January 31, 2022 until February 2, 2022 due to maintenance work.)
  • Executive Lounge: open from 07.00 am to 10:00 pm and only for beverages (no food).
  • Laundry service: available

General Information:
Please be advised that due to local government restrictions vaccinated and recovered guests with a negative test result only are allowed to enter the restaurant and/ or bar. Guest are required to leave contact information, which can be either done with the Luca App or with a contact information sheet handed out from us. Guests and employees must wear a medical mask. It's also prohibited to serve alcohol after 11 pm.

Cast Iron Grill

Breakfast is available from Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 11.00 am, Saturdays and Sundays from 7.00 am to 12.00 pm. Quicklunch can be ordered every Monday to Friday from 12.00 pm to 14.00 pm. We look forward to seeing you!



Pianobar

Our piano bar is open from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm for in-house and external guests. A selection of drinks and long drinks and food can be ordered. Our Piano player will be playing from February, 2 2022 again.
