Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Keyless check-in: with the Marriott Bonvoy™ Mobile App, you can easily and remotely let us know when you are planning to arrive so we can prepare everything for an even smoother and faster check in. Once you departed, just inform us via App as well.
  • Reach out digitally Connect with us via the Bonvoy™ Mobile App with all your questions, or to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
  • At your disposal: for your regular use, disinfectant dispensers are put up at central stations of the hotel's public area.
  • Hygienic payment: for everyone's health and safety, cash payment is not possible at the moment. Credit card terminals are being sanitized frequently.

In-Room Measures:

 

  • We take the time: rooms are cleaned 24hrs after departure with an intensive disinfection of all surfaces including coffee machines and kettles.
  • Up to you: during your stay, your room is cleaned only upon your request.
  • Drinks are served: Minibars are sanitized and will be available only upon request.
  • Less is more: Newspapers and journals are digitally available free of charge.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you wish to receive housekeeping service during your stay, please let us know upon Check In and we will gladly provide the service while you are away from your room.

We are pleased to announce that our facilities are open and can be used without restrictions.

Complying with local regulations, our F&B offer is available as follows:

  • Full buffet and à la carte egg dishes available at € 36 on the ninth floor with great morning view over the Alster lake.
  • Lobby Bar: open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. Small food menu, sweets and drinks.
  • Bar: HERITAGE Rooftop Bar is open from Thursday to Monday from 5 PM to 12 PM.
  • Hotel Restaurant: The HERITAGE restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6 PM to 11 PM.
  • Room service is available in the morning and evening.

 

Please note that the 2G plus access plan applies at the hotel as well as our HERITAGE Restaurant and Rooftop Bar. All guests therefore need to be fully vaccinated or recovered and must submit a negative test result. The above regulations and opening hours are subject to change without prior notice according to the official COVID-19 regulations.
