Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
We are providing signages throughout the hotel to remind guests about maintaining social distancing, wearing their masks in public areas and occupancy limits in elevators.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Current government guidelines state that all guest are required to wear a mask in public spaces, unless they are eating/drinking.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • All in-room equipment such as coffee makers, kettle, phone, and remote control are being cleaned and disinfected.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

As of November 02nd 2020 until currently May 09th 2021 the German government implemented a lockdown and the following restrictions which may impact your hotel stay:

Fitness Center: Closed as of 02nd November 2020

Westin Club: Closed. Marriott Bonvoy members entitled for Westin Club access will find an alternative area to the Westin Club in the BLICK bar for breakfast and from 05pm to 10pm. In case of detailed questions for the offerings, kindly contact the reservations or guest experience team.

BLICK Bar: Open for breakfast and dinner for in-house guests only from 07am on weekdays and 08am on weekends. No lunch options are available. Dinner is served for hotel guests in BLICK from 17.00 to 22.00 hrs, we kindly ask to have the last order placed by 21.30 hrs. Kindly understand that we are not permitted to welcome guests in our outlets not staying at the hotel.

Restaurant Fang & Feld: Closed

Coffeebar: Closed

Room Service: Only overnight as of 09pm. Please understand that we are unfortunately not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages after 10 pm.

Check In: Kindly understand that we are only permitted to check in guests staying on a business purpose as well as on social-ethical or medical reasons. Due to the lockdown a touristic stay at the hotel is not permitted. From 09pm to 05am the Senat of the City of Hamburg implemented a curfew. Guests are only permitted to be outside the hotel with a valid reason.

Due to the pandemic the German Government has implemented a lockdown as of Monday, 02nd November 2020, until estimatedly 09th May 2021. During that time we are required to close our bar, restaurant as well as spa, pool and gym facilities. Only business travelers, guests on a medical emergency or with a social-ethic purpose are allowed to check in, hotel accommodation is not permitted with a touristic purpose.

Westin Club: Closed. Marriott Bonvoy guests entitled for Westin Club facilities are welcome in a separate area in BLICK bar. for breakfast as well as of 05pm in the evening until 10pm. We kindly request the last order to be made at 09.30pm.

Bar: Closed for public. Hotel guests are welcome for breakfast from 07am to 10am on weekdays and from 08am to 11am on weekends. Bar is open for hotel guests from 05 to 10pm. We do not offer lunch during the lockdown.

Restaurant: Closed.

Coffeebar: Closed.

Room Service: From 09pm we are offering a night menu in room service, the room service is closed during the day. Kindly understand that during the lockdown we are not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages after 10pm until 10am in the morning.
