Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
We are providing signages throughout the hotel to remind guests about maintaining social distancing, wearing their masks in public areas and occupancy limits in elevators.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Current government guidelines state that all guest are required to wear a mask in public spaces, unless they are eating/drinking.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • All in-room equipment such as coffee makers, kettle, phone, and remote control are being cleaned and disinfected.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Fitness Center: Open upon reservation of a time slot as a maximum of guests are permitted to use the facilities at the same time. During exercise no face mask required.


Spa: Treatments available upon reservation. Sauna, steam bath, relaxation rooms are open.


Pool: Open upon reservation of a time slot as a maximum amount of guests are permitted in the pool.


Westin Club: Open daily.


Bar: Open from 12 noon daily.


Restaurant: Open for breakfast and Tuesdays to Saturdays for á la carte dinner.


Coffeebar: Open daily from 08.00am.

Blick Bar: Open daily from 12 noon.


Blick Coffee Bar: Open daily from 08am.


Fang & Feld: Open Daily from 07am for breakfast and from Tuesdays to Saturdays for á la carte dinner.


Westin Club: Open daily.
