Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

The wellbeing of our guests and associates is of the utmost importance to us and we have many preventative measures in place which include:

 

  • Temperature screening for guests and all associates arriving into the hotel.
  • Currently all guests and associates are to wear face masks in and around the hotel at all times as per local regulations.
  • We also are maintaining appropriate cleaning frequencies of kitchens, public areas and heart of house; using the electrostatic spraying.
  • Implementing strict food handling processes and tableware disinfection.
  • Providing more hand sanitizers and executing social distancing in all our restaurants, bars and meeting spaces. Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be sent directly to your email.
  • We provide sanitation kits in guest rooms and deep cleaning between guests.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

  • Deep cleaning each guest room between guests.
  • Offering sanitization kits for guest use
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms, face masks available on request


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
