Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks. Signage at elevators encouraging guests to consider riding one family at a time. Pool chairs are spaced 6 feet apart and are placed in pods of two.

Mobile check-in and key and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and common spaces. We have also added more hand sanitizing stations throughout the resort.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear face coverings at all times, both indoors and out. Our restaurant and bar staff as well as housekeepers will wear gloves at all times.

Room Service: We have updated our room service cadence to occur after every three (3) days unless otherwise specified, whether cleaning is required more or less often. We are happy to deliver extra bath amenities upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Dining: All dining outlets are open and operational. Please abide by social distancing measures set forth via signage.
Beach: Open. Local Hilton Head Island rules apply.
Pool: Open. Chairs are set in pairs, 6 feet apart. Pool bar encourages social distancing via signage and table/chair set-up.
Golf: Open.
Shuttle: Operating on normal schedule to/from golf and tennis facilities; one family/party at a time encouraged. Disinfecting is done between trips.
Fitness Center: Closed.
Spa: Closed at this time. The reopening date is to be determined.
Blue: Open daily, 11:30 AM - Midnight
The Café: Open daily, 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Ocean Blu: Open Monday-Wednesday, 11 AM - 7 PM and Thursday-Sunday, 11 AM - 8 PM
Liquid: Open Monday-Wednesday, 11 AM - 7 PM and Thursday-Sunday, 11 AM - 9 PM
Coffee Shop/Gift Shop: Open daily, 6:30 AM - 9 PM
Room Service: Not currently offered.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
