Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
All Guests and Associates are required to wear face coverings that cover the nose and mouth while indoors in public areas, per Town of Hilton Head Island Ordinance.

PHYSICAL/SOCIAL DISTANCING
We have reduced dining capacities, installed partitions at our Front Desk and other high-contact areas, provided queuing through floor signage and stanchions, and strongly encouraged social distancing throughout the resort.

MINIMIZING REUSE
We are minimizing shared use items and appliances by utilizing disposable and single-use items.
ENHANCED CLEANING
We have increased the frequency of our cleaning to meet protocols for every space of the resort. High-traffic and high-touch areas like restrooms, elevators, doors, and handles are disinfected regularly.

HAND HYGIENE
We have implemented enhanced hand-washing requirements for associates and placed hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the resort.

TRAINING
We have designated an On-Property Cleanliness Champion and updated training and protocols for all of our associates, with daily reinforcement.

GUEST ROOMS

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. As part of our commitment to your health and safety, daily housekeeping service will not be automatically provided during your stay. At check-in or at any point during your stay, you may let our team know your housekeeping preferences, and we will be happy to schedule service accordingly.

BEACH
Our private Hilton Head Island beachfront is open for full-use to resort guests. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on-site or through Shore Beach Services. Visit shorebeach.com or call 843.785.3494 to learn more.

POOLS
Our three oceanfront pools are open daily from 7am to 9pm. Pool deck lounger availability has been reduced to facilitate social distancing. The hot tub remains closed. Poolside dining is available through Splash, weather permitting. We strongly encourage social distancing at all times.

CABANAS
Enjoy the ocean breezes and island views in the comfort of your own private cabana. Day Beds, Double Loungers, and oceanfront and poolside Cabanas are available for rent daily from 9am to 5pm. Prior reservations are recommended. Visit westinHHIcabanas.com to learn more.

SPA
The Heavenly Spa by Westin is open daily from 9am to 6pm. Masks and temperature checks are required to enter the spa. At this time the hot tub and steam room remain closed. Prior reservations are recommended. Visit westinhiltonheadspa.com or call 843.681.1019.

FITNESS CENTER
Open 24 hours daily. Some restrictions are in place to facilitate social distancing and sanitation.

WESTIN FAMILY
At this time, the Westin Family Kids Club is closed. Westin Family activities are currently unavailable. Our Activity Area, featuring bag toss, giant jenga, and ping pong, is open to our resort guests 24 hours daily.

RESORT STORE
Open daily from 10am to 6pm. Extended hours on Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 8am to 10pm.

GOLF
Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club is open. To book your tee time or learn more, visit hiltonheadgolf.net/port-royal.

RESORT SHUTTLE
Available for complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. Modifications are in place to ensure proper sanitation and facilitate social distancing. Hours and availability may vary.

BIKE RENTALS & MORE
Available through Outside Hilton Head. Bike rentals, boat rentals, kayak tours, private charters, and more.

 

PARKING
Valet parking is not being offered at this time. Complimentary self-parking is available as part of our resort fee.

Touchless menus for our dining outlets are available by QR code throughout the resort.

IN-ROOM DINING
Available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from 7am to 10pm daily. Delivery to door only.

INGREDIENTS
Open daily at 6am, located in main lobby. Serving Starbucks beverages, pastries, and grab-and-go breakast and lunch items.

VIEW 32
Outdoor full-service dining located on the lobby level, overlooking the pool courtyard and Atlantic Ocean. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, from 7am to 10pm, weather permitting.

SPLASH
Outdoor bar and grill, located poolside and steps from the beach. Open for lunch daily, 11am to 5pm, weather permitting.

THE CAROLINA ROOM
Open as limited indoor seating for View 32, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Currently serving View 32 menus.
