Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with local regulations. The Hand sanitizers provided throughout the resort.

 

  • The use of facemask is mandatory for all guests and employees.
  • Mobile check-in and key together with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Guests and visitors are required to scan Thai Chana QR code (the governor platform) for check-in before entering and check-out while leaving the hotel, is certain to be familiar for those living in Thailand as a post-COVID-19 measure.
  • One-way entrance and exit with a temperature checkpoint.
  • Alcohol hand-sanitizer provided around public areas.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and all areas in accordance with THAI government guidance.
  • Self-Parking recommended.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All Luggage will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.

All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic, including restrooms, restaurants and elevator as well as providing hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on directions by local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. All vendors and employees entering the building have their temperature checked.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Minibars - Sanitized for your safety.
  • Coffee machines and kettles - Sanitized for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes and alcohol gel provided in rooms as a welcome kit for every arrival guest. Face masks available on request.
  • Daily pool treatment is provided, including the chlorine level and PH balance test. Monthly water testing by Lab experts.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily 7 am - 7 pm, access with a guest key card, physical distancing encouraged.
  • Spa: Open daily 10 am - 8 pm, advance reservation required.
  • Swimming Pool: Open daily 7 am - 7 pm.
  • Kids Club: Open daily 9 am - 6 pm, reduced capacity and face masks required at all times. Some activities maybe not available in order to comply with local regulations. A time limit may be in place to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Shuttle Services: Suspended until further notice.

Hotel food and beverage venues comply with current local regulations. Operation hours of hotel food and beverage venues are as follows:

 

  • Dalah - Breakfast: 7:00 to 11:00 hrs.
  • Luna La Pran - Lunch & Dinner : 12:00 to 22:30 hrs.


Food preparation: Sanitize all food preparation tables every two hours and in between preparations.

Enhanced food safety protocols and social distancing in all food and beverage venues:

 

  • Social distancing practices.
  • Social distancing signage.
  • Maximum capacity with 1 -1.5 meters between dining tables and guests.
  • Digital menus.
  • Payment by mobile payment applications.


The food safety protocols have been enhanced as follows:

 

  • All Culinary associates wear facemasks and gloves during operation hours and food preparation processes.
  • All Culinary and Food and Beverage associates wash and sanitize their hands every 20 minutes throughout the day.
  • All food contact areas in kitchens are sanitized with the highest grade of food-safe chemicals every 2 hours.
  • All Culinary and Food and Beverage associates' body temperatures are monitored upon entering the Hotel.
  • All tables and tabletop equipment are sanitized between guest seatings.
