Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout the hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness, kids club and common areas in accordance with SHA certification guidance.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas, including restaurants and bars.
  • Self-Parking recommended. Limited on-site parking, contact hotel in advance.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID/Passport upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand-sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Housekeeping services: Have been revised to limit staff interactions and rooms will be serviced after the 3rd night of stay as standard. Daily service is available upon request.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and the direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities:

 

  • Minibars - sanitized and sealed and will be available only upon request.
  • Literature including magazines, books, has been removed from rooms.
  • Coffee machines & Kettles - sanitized for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Gym: Open, reduced capacity. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Swimming Pool: Open, reduced capacity. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Kids Club (to be opened): Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required.
Digital menus are available at our restaurants and bars. We strongly recommend advance-booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments. Food delivery will be available to our guestrooms from our restaurants.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.


Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

For the Health and Safety of our Associates & Customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:

 

  • Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, elevators).
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests.
  • Single use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans, function rooms linen-less table setup.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team for 21 days to support government contact tracing initiative.

Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event. All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.
