Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • JW Marriott Phuket has installed signage throughout the hotel to remind guest to maintain social distancing. This reminders are also a part of pre arrival guest communication and in room welcome letters. Seating capacities and social distancing requirements are in compliance with the local legal requirements.
  • Hotel offers Mobile Check-in, key.

In keeping with the brand standard Marriott`s Commitment to Clean program, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and within the guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic and high risk touch points such as restrooms, elevators. For disinfection we are using approved chemicals and tools such as electrostatic sprayers.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our hotel associates are provided with appropriate PPE based on activities they are performing. Customers are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital - grade disinfectants to support our already rigorous protocols.
  • Disinfectant Gels and face masks are available in guest rooms and throughout the hotel.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open - require social distancing, regular disinfection after machines usage. Sauna and Jacuzzi are not in operation.
  • Spa: Open required reservation, enhanced hygiene protocols, wear face mask at all times.
  • Kids Club: Open, wear face mask at all times, regular disinfection is conducted.
  • Pools: Main & North pool is open, social distancing is required.
  • F&B: Social distancing is required.
  • Cucina Restaurant: 07:00 - 11:00 Breakfast. 12:00 - 15:00 Lunch. 17:00 - 22:00 Dinner.
  • North Pool, Main Pool: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Lobby Bar: 12:00 - 22:00
  • M Beach Club: 12:00 - 22:00
  • In Room Dining: 07:00 - 22:00
