Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach operates in compliance with Thai government regulations.
  • The use of face masks is recommended for all guests and employees, and the face masks are provided free of charge.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Valet service is currently available.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic and high touch points including restrooms, elevators, and door knobs as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, you will receive daily housekeeping service while you are away from the room.
  • All pools are regularly disinfected to ensure cleanliness.
  • All linens are packed in sanitized covers to avoid contamination during transporting.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations. Here are the operating hours of our resort facilities:


  • Fitness Center: Open daily 24 hours access with room keycard.
  • Spa: Open daily 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. Advance reservations recommended.
  • Pools: Open daily 08:00 am - 09:00 pm
  • Beach: Open
  • Kids Club: Open daily, 08:00 am - 08:00 pm 
  • Complimentary Shuttle Service to Patong Beach and Jungceylon (Big C) is operated 4 times everyday, leaving the resort at 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, 04:30 pm and 07:30 pm. At least 3 hours advance reservation is required.



  • Merchant Kitchen: 07:00 am - 11:00 am and 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • Beach Grill: 11:00 am - 11:00 pm
  • D.O.C.G.: 06:00 pm - 11:00 pm

All of our venues and banquet spaces operate in compliance with Thai government regulations.


Room service is available every day from 06:30 am to 11:00 pm. We also offer to put the foods outside the room if guest requires.


We recommend advance booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments.
