We wanted to outline a few of the changes and enhancements you should expect during your stay - including changes to our amenities, services and facilities.

Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with local and state mandates. Limit numbers of guests in Le Meridien Family Kids Club, Le Fitness, Le Spa, and elevators. Disinfectant hand sanitizer gel provided throughout the resort. The use of face mask is mandatory for all guests and associates and face masks are provided upon request.

A queue system with floor markings is used throughout the resort to maintain social distancing in public areas such as reception, restaurants, Le Fitness, Le Spa and Le Meridien Family Kids Club.


  • Mobile check-in and mobile check-out and mobile chat available for guests to send requests and advise of preferences with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Our welcome letter is now available at reception so that guests can discover member benefits without direct contact with an associate and questions can be directed to mobile chat.
  • Social distancing is provided in the restaurants and pool and activity areas by spacing of seating and this is monitored by our associates if assistance is required. In Le Fitness, some equipment is unavailable for use so that we can fulfill social distancing guidelines.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, Le Spa, Le Fitness, Le Meridien Family Kids Club and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings/ face masks. We provide face masks to associates and guests upon request.
  • Room Amenities: We have provided QR code information as an option over paper stationary to restaurant and spa menus in order to enhance hygiene measures. We sanitize TV remote control and pen on daily basis and regular hand touch points in the room including handles, telephone, and in the bathroom. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Use of Electrostatic sprayer in high-traffic public areas to thoroughly disinfect and maintain our high standard of cleanliness.
  • In Le Fitness, guests have access to disinfection wipes to use before and after use on equipment and associates are disinfecting all high touch areas on a 2 hourly or more frequent schedule.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival and inspected by senior Housekeeping leader and our Executive Management team. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily and while you are away from the room. If you would like to receive additional cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:



  • Le Fitness: Limited capacity of 50% and face masks required upon entry. The steam room and sauna are currently closed as required by local authorities.
  • Le Spa: Reservation required and limited capacity of 50%.
  • Le Meridien Family Kids Club: Limited capacity of 50% and face masks required upon entry.
  • Playground: Currently closed in order to comply with local regulations.

Breakfast is served at Latest Recipe and lunch and dinner is offered at Tonson Restaurant & Bar with an open air ambience. All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and are limited to 75% of total capacity with 1.5 meters between tables in the event areas. Temperature checks will be performed before guests enter the venue and social distancing will be observed. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance of each restaurant and meeting venues.

In-room Dining is available from 7am-11pm every day (From October onwards this will resume as 24 hours)
