Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
For contactless experiences, the resort has placed queue stickers around the resort where social distancing rules are applicable. These are primarily areas that have high guest traffic throughout the resort.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, spa, fitness, and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings. We provide face masks free of charge to the guests.
  • Room Amenities: We have replaced all paper stationary, In Room Dining and Spa menus with a QR code information in order to minimize risks. We provide a sealed cover for the TV remote control and pen. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center Open, 08:00 am - 08:00 pm reservation required and face masks and social distancing encouraged.
  • Horizon Pool Open, 07:00 am - 06:00 pm limited capacity and face masks and social distancing encouraged.
  • Prego and Splash Pools closed until further notice.
  • Kids Club Open, 09:00 am - 05:00 pm reservation required and limited capacity.
  • Spa Open, 10:00 am - 07:00 pm reservation required and limited capacity.
  • Beach Open, 10:00 am - 05:00 pm reservation required and time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols. Face masks and social distancing encouraged.
Seasonal Tastes Restaurant is currently operational from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Its seating capacity is limited due to social distancing guide lines. Guests must at all times wear face masks and have their temperature checked upon arrival. All surfaces are sanitized every 2 hours, restaurant & kitchen associates follow SHA and Marriott Cleanliness standards. All working stations have individual associates and all items are individually portioned.
