The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Mobile check-in is available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic, including restrooms, elevators, and escalators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants in our public spaces, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.
  • Housekeeping: Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us. As part of our commitment to you, we have deeply cleaned your room in preparation for your arrival. Unless you choose otherwise, we will not provide daily housekeeping service in an effort to maintain a contact-lite experience. If you have any requests, or would like us to service your room, we would be delighted to do so. Simply let us know when you will be leaving for the day and we will do the rest. If you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night

As of March 26, 2022 the State of Hawaii‘s Safe Travels program for domestic travel has ended. Starting March 26, incoming domestic passengers will not have to quarantine or show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a pre-travel negative test result, and will no longer be required to create a Safe Travels account with travel details.

Arrival: If you drive, valet parking is available for hotel guests only. 

Check-in: Travelers arriving on 03/26/2022 and beyond will no longer be required to complete a Safe Travels application to enter Hawai‘i. Beginning at 12:00 a.m. HST, 03/26/2022, there will be no COVID-related requirements for arriving domestic passengers. Travelers arriving in Hawai‘i directly from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements.

During your stay: We strongly encourage everyone to continue to practice good hygiene, wash hands frequently and use the hand sanitizing stations around the hotel regularly. Should you become ill, self-isolate, contact local health authorities, and notify us immediately. We will promptly undertake additional protocols for your safety and the safety of others.
