Hotel Information

For more information on Marriott's Commitment to Cleanliness, please visit our corporate site.
The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Starting September 13, 2021, the City and County of Honolulu's "Safe Access Oahu" program requires all guests 12 years of age and older to provide proof of an approved COVID-19 full vaccination or approved negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of entry, along with valid picture identification, to enter restaurants, bars, luaus and other areas of entertainment, throughout Oahu. This also includes fitness centers and spas, as well as many of our resort and island activities. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. Please click this link for information on the City's Safe Access Oahu Program and frequently asked questions, as this information changes frequently.

The State of Hawaii has mandated that face coverings must be worn when in indoor public areas and appropriate social distancing practices are to remain in place, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are recommended when outdoors in crowded settings. At our resort, fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks in areas such as the pool and pool bars, which are considered outdoors. For indoor and partially enclosed public spaces such as our lobby and restaurants, all guests, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks.

There is signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and amenities in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in is available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic, including restrooms, elevators, and escalators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants in our public spaces, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Housekeeping: Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us. As part of our commitment to you, we have deeply cleaned your room in preparation for your arrival. Unless you choose otherwise, we will not provide daily housekeeping service in an effort to maintain a contact-lite experience. If you have any requests, or would like us to service your room, we would be delighted to do so. Simply let us know when you will be leaving for the day and we will do the rest. If you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
