Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates and partitions installed at front desks. Our food and beverage outlets offer digital touchless menus. Guests may inquire at our Front Desk about food and beverage delivery options to your guestroom or with lobby pick up from local restaurants.

Mobile check-in and service requests, delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Other Precautions Include:


  • Face coverings required as part of uniforms for all Associates.
  • Utilization of EPA-approved cleaning & disinfecting agents that kill the COVID-19 virus.
  • Hand sanitizing wipes in guest rooms.
  • Reduce associate room entry during guest stay (housekeeping).
  • Hand Sanitizer Stations at high customer touch points (entry/exit, elevators, fitness).
  • Signage promoting social distancing.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know to schedule service according to your preferences.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and fitness room as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations in all public spaces & outlets.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings while in public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in fitness room and public spaces.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Opened 24 hours. Increased sanitization of equipment throughout the day; nightly deep cleaning of Westin Work using hospital grade disinfecting sprayers. Antibacterial wipes for personal guest use, disposable globes and personal-use earplugs are available.
  • Outdoor Swimming Pool: Opened 9AM - 9PM. Pool furniture placed to promote social distancing. Increased sanitation of pool furniture and equipment; increased monitoring of pool supplies such as fresh towels and removal of trash.
  • Galleria Mall: open daily, 11AM - 7PM, featuring over 400 stores, food court and numerous dining options.
Daily Grill is open (7 days a week 11:AM-7:PM). Modified seating to promote social distancing, sanitation of all tables and chairs after guest use, antibacterial wipes for personal guest use, digital, touchless menus.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:


  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
