The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates and partitions installed at front desks. Guests may inquire at our Front Desk about food and beverage with lobby pick up from local restaurants.

Mobile check-in and service requests, delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Other Precautions Include:


  • Face coverings required as part of uniforms for all Associates.
  • Utilization of EPA-approved cleaning & disinfecting agents that kill the COVID-19 virus.
  • Reduce associate room entry during guest stay (housekeeping).
  • Hand Sanitizer Stations at high customer touch points (entry/exit, elevators, fitness).
  • Signage promoting social distancing.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you do not wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know at check in.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and fitness room as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations in all public spaces & outlets.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings while in public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in fitness room and public spaces.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you do not wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know.

We have fully opened all of our outlets and amenities to our guests, providing services while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Westin Workout Room: Open 24 hours. Increased sanitization of equipment throughout the day; nightly deep cleaning of Westin Work using hospital grade disinfecting sprayers. Antibacterial wipes for personal guest use, disposable globes and personal-use earplugs are available.
  • Outdoor Swimming Pool: CLOSED
  • Westin Club Lounge: Open Monday - Thursday 6am - 9pm and Friday 6am - 9am; Breakfast served 6:30 - 9am; Closed on Weekends
  • Galleria Mall: Featuring over 400 stores, food court and numerous dining options, all attached to the hotel. 
    • Restaurants include Joey's Uptown, Del Frisco's, Oceanaire, Musaafer, Fig & Olive, Blanco Taco
    • Please visit The Galleria Mall website for hours of operation. 

Daily Grill: Modified seating to promote social distancing, sanitation of all tables and chairs after guest use, antibacterial wipes for personal guest use.

Daily Grill Bar: Happy Hour daily from 3pm - 7pm


Lobby Bar: Friday and Saturday 4pm - 10pm
