The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates and partitions installed at front desks & food and beverage outlets.

We offer scanable, touchless menus at our food and beverage outlets and guests may inquire at our Front Desk about food and beverage options with lobby pick up from local restaurants.

Mobile check-in and service requests, delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet Parking service is currently available 24/7.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you do not wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know to at check in.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and fitness room as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations in all public spaces & outlets.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings while in public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in fitness room and public spaces.

We have fully opened all outlets and amenities to service our guests while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Westin Workout Room: Opened 24 hours. We have increased sanitation of equipment throughout the day and conduct nightly deep cleaning of Westin Work using hospital grade disinfecting sprayers. Antibacterial wipes are available for personal guest use as well as disposable gloves and earplugs.
  • Outdoor Swimming Pool: Closed for repairs through October 24, 2021.
    • Opened from 6am - 10pm. Pool furniture has been placed to promote social distancing.
  • Galleria Mall: Featuring over 400 stores, food court and numerous dining options, all attached to the hotel. Please visit The Galleria Mall website for hours of operation.
    • Restaurants include Joey's Uptown, Del Frisco's, Oceanaire, Musaafer, Fig & Olive, Blanco Taco

White Oak Kitchen + Drinks: Modified seating to promote social distancing, increased sanitization of tables and chairs after guest use and limited food menu.

Street Level Bar: Monday - Saturday 4PM - 10PM.
