Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates and partitions installed at front desks & food and beverage outlets.

We offer scanable, touchless menus at our food and beverage outlets and guests may inquire at our Front Desk about food and beverage delivery options to your door or with lobby pick up from local restaurants.

Mobile check-in and service requests, delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Valet Parking service is currently available daily from 7AM - 11PM.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know to schedule service according to your preferences.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:



Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators and fitness room as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations in all public spaces & outlets.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings while in public spaces.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in fitness room and public spaces.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Westin Workout Room: Opened 24 hours. We have increased sanitation of equipment throughout the day and conduct nightly deep cleaning of Westin Work using hospital grade disinfecting sprayers. Antibacterial wipes are available for personal guest use as well as disposable gloves and earplugs.
  • Outdoor Swimming Pool: Opened from 6AM - 10PM. Pool furniture has been placed to promote social distancing.
  • Galleria Mall: Open daily (Monday-Saturday 10AM-9PM, Sunday 11AM - 7PM) featuring over 400 stores, food court and numerous dining options.

White Oak Kitchen + Drinks: Modified seating to promote social distancing, increased sanitization of tables and chairs after guest use and limited food menu.

 

  • Monday - Thursday 7AM - 7PM
  • Friday 7AM - 8:30PM
  • Saturday 8AM - 8:30PM
  • Sunday 8AM - 5PM


Street Level Bar: Monday - Saturday 4PM - 10PM.

 

  • NOTE: The Street Level bar will be closed Sunday, December 20 - Sunday, December 27 and Friday, January 1 - Thursday, January 7.


Both restaurants offer digital, touchless menu options.
