Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
We are ensuring guest safety in compliance with government advisories. Signages have been placed throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain physical distancing. To ensure contactless service - glass partitions have been installed at the Front Desk and Food & beverage service lines, QR codes can be scanned for all hotel menus. Mobile check in and mobile key access available, all in-room service requests can be requested for via the Marriott Bonvoy App. Our dining outlets and event spaces follow mandated safety guidelines with a reduced seating capacity.

A pre-shift temperature check is conducted for our associates along with Arogya Setu app verification. All associates are provided with sanitized uniforms and protective gear for their safety.

To ensure safety and hygiene, all guest rooms and cars have been placed with personalized hygiene kits.

Self-parking is currently available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests and associates are encouraged to wear face masks at all times. We have carefully prepared for our guest arrival by thoroughly disinfecting each room in line with our high standards of cleanliness, including:

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Center: Open, 6am to 9pm. Face masks and physical distancing encouraged.
  • Spa: Open, 9am to 9pm.
  • Pool: Open, 7am to 7pm
  • Room Service: 24 hrs.
  • Business Center: Open, 24 hrs.
  • Club Lounge: Closed until further notice.
