Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. Welcome to Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. Your safety is our utmost priority. We have launched a new program called Commitment to Clean, encompassing all touch points of a guest's journey by reinforcing our existing protocols by maintaining safe distancing, and training in elevated sanitation and medical grade cleaning processes without compromise on the established quality of service experiences and standards.

We are working closely with medical experts and our hygiene partner - Diversey and we:


  • Take care of minor detail within our operating standards to ensure that we are looking at the safety and security of our guests and associates and covering every single element/touch point in our protocols.
  • Extensive measures taken for cleanliness and hygiene for all public touch points with increased frequency.
  • Sheraton Hyderabad uses specific cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean cars and rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
Our measures include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Lounges/Bar: Open, face masks required for entry.

Guest experience at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel will be very carefully and thoughtfully curated with minimal contact by our associates.

One can get easy access to our digital menus with a dynamic QR code and other facilities like digital newspaper, guest service directory and more. Our culinary associates wear protective shields and adhere to strict hygiene protocols. Our restaurants have redefined seating layouts with a minimum distance of 6 feet between the tables.
