Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
We are enforcing precautionary measures for guests and issuing hygiene and safety advisories starting from transport pick up. Guests' cars are thoroughly sanitized from outside and within after every journey. Signages are put up on public areas to maintain social distancing, maintaining a 6 ft distance in compliance with local and state mandates. Partitions are installed at the front desks to ensure contactless check-In. Food & Beverage operations are conducting self operations to ensure the company's food hygiene standards. All tables are sanitized periodically and are kept 6 feet from each other. Everything starting from in-room dining trolleys, table mats are sanitized as per FSSAI standards.

Most importantly, all food products are thoroughly inspected and sanitized before entry into the production areas. Also, Hand sanitizers are placed at vantage visible points in the outlets. To give a seamless dining experience we have installed QR Codes for viewing the digital menu and placing orders.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Temperature checks for associates are conducted before entering the workspace.
  • Practices like medical checkups for all team members, thermal checkups of anyone entering the premises of the hotel, usage of sanitizers at all levels, usage of PPE are compulsory for the hotel staff, along with practicing social distancing is now an integral part of the day to day operations.
  • Hygiene managers are allocated to ensure the frequency of sanitization of high touch and sensitive areas in guest rooms. Enhanced technology has been initiated to Counter virus spread, like the use of electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants to sanitize the surfaces throughout the hotel.
  • Each ‘Westin heavenly bed' is sanitized with electrostatic sprayers in order to ensure that your stay is the safest, In-room dining is using digital menus with UPI/ Online payment provisions.
  • Furthermore, the guest rooms are held for 48 hours for complete sanitization post-check-out before releasing it to another guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

The topmost priority for us has shifted from being ‘Aesthetically clean' to ‘Clinically Clean'. During your stay, it rests assured that the focus is on the heightened frequency of cleaning and safety measures. While we ensure we are committed to making services and amenities available at our property while complying with local regulations, there are few modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Spa: Temporarily Closed until further notice
  • Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule with safety and hygiene standards
  • Lounges: Temporarily Closed until further notice
  • Swimming Pool: Temporarily Closed until further notice

We have revised our services across our Restaurant and Bars In order to ensure that your stay is the safest, In-room dining is using digital menus with UPI/ Online payment provisions. Food delivery will be available to our guestrooms from our restaurants. Pick-up service is available from the front desk or directly from the restaurant as the preferred option.

 

  • Seasonal Tastes: Open for dining, takeaway, and home delivery the same is available for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
  • Daily Treats: Open for dining, takeaway, and home delivery
  • Prego: Open only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as the weekend dining destination. The same is available for late Lunch and dinner.
  • Kangan: Temporarily closed until further notice. However, for guests who would not want to miss on Kangan delicacies, we have Kangan themed buffet every Friday serving specialties from the restaurant.
  • Casbah: Temporarily closed until further notice.
  • Mix: Temporarily closed until further notice.

The event set up at Westin has taken into account the new social distancing measures between guests/tables. An enhanced clutter-free setup is to ensure the ideal ‘Social distancing' of 6ft between tables during an event. Banquet set up has been customized and re-planned to meet your needs also maintaining the norms.


All banquet stationary, equipment brought by guests, banquet linens, and amenities will be sanitized as per use. Vendors are monitored by temperature checks and checked thoroughly and are made certain to wear masks and gloves.


Hand sanitizer stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests. Single-use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans, function rooms linen-less table setup.

Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific to your event.
