Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
We are taking the following measures to ensure the health & safety of our guests during their stay. Measures include cashless payment, signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with physical distancing guidelines. Mandatory masks and social distancing are required at all times. 
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. This includes sanitizing local areas within the hotel and rooms with enhanced hospital grade sanitizer regularly, and removing all guest room collateral and coffee/tea set up to reduce physical contact.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available for our guests while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

Fitness Center: Temporarily Closed

 

Christienne Fallsview Spa: Open, Reservations are required, hours may vary.

 

Outdoor Pool: Closed for the Season

 

Indoor Pool: Open with a capacity limit of 10 guests at a time, and the hotel asks that guests limit their time to 1 hour to allow all guests to enjoy the pool.

 

Social distancing is required at all amenities within the hotel.
 

Fallsview Restaurant: Open on Fallsview Dining Level for breakfast only

In room Dining: 8am-11am menu is the FVR menu (Hours are subject to change)

Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant: Open nightly at 6pm

Starbucks: Open daily, located in the lobby

Freshii: Open daily, located in the lobby

Sweet Jesus: Open daily located in the lobby, after Labour day only weekends.

Lobby Wine Bar: Open Friday and Saturday
