Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and spa areas in accordance with Spanish government guidance.

Hand sanitiser stations are available in high-traffic areas. Partitions have been installed at front desks and food service counters.

No valet service is currently available.

We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.

Housekeeping Services: Have been revised to limit staff interactions and rooms will be serviced after the 3rd night of stay as standard. Daily service is available upon request.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • Coffee machines & Kettles - Sanitised for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes are provided in rooms.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • FIT: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols. Open everyday from 06.00 to 21.00
  • Wet Deck: Open, reduced capacity. Open everyday from 10.00 to 01.00. No new guests after midnight. Sitting at bar only until 10pm, after nobody can approach the bar area. Must maintain 1.5m between guests at bar
  • Away Spa: Open, advance booking required. Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12.00 to 20.00
  • Games Room: Open, reduced capacity. Open everyday from 10.00 to 18.00
  • W Lounge: Open, reduced capacity. Open everyday from 10.00 to 01.00. No new guests after midnight. Sitting at bar only until 10pm, after nobody can approach the bar area. Must maintain 1.5m between guests at bar
  • Bridge Bar: Open, reduced capacity. Open everyday from 07.30 to 11.00
  • La Llama restaurant: Open for breakfast from 07.30 to 11.30
  • Chiringuito Blue: Open, reduced capacity advance booking required. Open everyday from 12.00 to 12.00 AM
  • Ve Café: Open, reduced capacity. Open everyday from 09.00 to 17.00
  • Glow Rooftop: Closed
  • Below Club: Closed


According to local regulations, in the previous venues:


  • Groups of maximum 10 people allowed. Not allowed more than one booking for the same group that exceeds 10 people.

  • Guest must be seated at a table, if not at table must be wearing a mask. 


We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars. QR codes are available in all areas. We strongly recommend advance booking, use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments.

In room dining is available to our guestrooms. Menu is displayed on TV.  At the following venues, maximum number of people in one group can be 10. No smoking is allowed in any public space, only at a designated area with one guest at a time with minimum distance of 2m. Guests must be seated at table, if guests are not seated must be wearing a mask.


  • La Llama Restaurant: Open for Breakfast. From 07.30 to 11.30
