We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.

 

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • Coffee machines & Kettles - Sanitised for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes are provided in rooms.
  • In Room Dining orders through QR codes and telephone.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • FIT: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Open everyday 24/7.
  • Wet Deck: Open everyday from 09.00 AM to 09.00 PM. 
  • Away Spa: Open from 10 AM to 8 PM.
  • W Lounge: Open from Sunday to Wednesday from 10.00 AM to 11.00 PM and from Thursday to Saturday from 10.00 AM to 01.00 AM. No new guests after midnight. 
  • Bridge Bar: Open, reduced capacity. Open everyday from 07.30 to 11.00
  • La Llama restaurant: Open Tuesday to Saturday from 8 PM to 1 AM. 
  • Chiringuito Blue: Open everyday from 12.00 to midnight.
  • Ve Café: Open everyday from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM
  • Glow Rooftop: Opening Mid May. Everyday from 11 AM to midnight.

 

 

 

We have revised service across our Restaurants and Bars. QR codes are available in all areas. We strongly recommend advance bookings. Any restrictions to be confirmed.


In room dining is available to our guestrooms. Menu is displayed on TV.  At the following venues, maximum number of people in one group can be 10. No smoking is allowed in any public space, only at a designated area with one guest at a time with minimum distance of 2m. Guests must be seated at table, if guests are not seated must be wearing a mask.

 

  • La Llama Restaurant: Open Tuesday to Saturday from 8 PM to 1 AM. 
  • Chiringuito Blue: Open everyday from 12.00 to midnight.
  • Ve Café: Open everyday from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM
  • W Lounge: Open Sunday to Wednesday from 10.00 AM to midnight. Thursday to Saturday open from 10 AM to 2 AM.
