We have also made a few adjustments to the services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage has been placed throughout our hotel advising guests they are required to wear face coverings and reminding them to maintain social distancing.

The outdoor heated pool is restricted to 50% of allowable occupancy, or 35 guests, at any time.

We encourage mobile check-in and mobile key delivery. Partitions are in place at the front desk.

Seating capacities have been reduced in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Food orders for in-room dining can be placed for pick up in our restaurant.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all indoor public spaces, and outdoors when it is not possible to maintain 6-foot social distance.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request a sanitized coffee machine be delivered to their guest room after check-in. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Brix And Ale Restaurant: Open, counter service for breakfast and lunch, 7 days. Full dinner service Thursday - Saturday. Seating is spaced for social distancing both indoors and outdoors.
Jack's Lounge: Closed per state mandate.
Fitness Center: Open, masks required when 6-feet of social distancing cannot be maintained.
Outdoor Pool: Open with 50% occupancy limitation per state mandate.
Club Lounge: Closed.

Brix And Ale Restaurant:

  • Open, counter service for breakfast and lunch, 7am-3pm, 7 days.
  • Full dinner service Thursday - Saturday, 4-9pm.
  • Menu is limited.
  • Seating is spaced for social distancing both indoors and outdoors.

 

In Room Dining:

  • Pick up at restaurant for in room dining. Available during restaurant hours.
  • Menu is limited.


Jack's Lounge: Closed per state mandate.

Club Lounge: Closed.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

Available benefits vary by location and membership tier. At this hotel, please note that we currently offer the following Marriott Bonvoy benefits:

 

  • Breakfast: Available in Brix And Ale Restaurant or for in-room and take-out orders. Counter service only, 7am-11am, 7 days
  • Lounge Access: Jack's Lounge is closed per state mandate. Club Lounge is not currently offering breakfast or evening hors d'oeuvres. Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite guests receive complimentary access. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks.
  • Welcome Gift: Platinum/Titanium receive choice of 500 points or breakfast amenity are provided in Brix And Ale restaurant. Club Lounge is not offering breakfast or evening hors d'oeuvres.
  • Late Check-Out: Based on availability, no charge up to 1pm. 50% of nightly rate between 1pm-4pm, full rate after 4pm. Ambassador and Titanium Elite members received late checkout at no charge.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Available through the Marriott Bonvoy app.
  • Mobile Key: Available through the Marriott Bonvoy app.
  • Mobile Dining: Not currently offered.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Guests may make mobile requests through the Marriott Bonvoy app and receive a prompt, personal response within minutes.
