Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • We are currently not offering stay-over service to ensure the safety of both our guests and associates. If you require any additional items in your room, we are more than happy to provide that to you via contact less service.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Shuttle: Not operating.
  • Pool: Closed.
  • Restaurant: Open daily 5pm to 10pm.
  • Room Service: Open daily 5pm to 10pm.
  • River Rock Kitchen: Open daily from 5pm to 10pm. Brunch is available Saturday & Sunday from 8am to 2pm.
  • Grab & Go: Available in our lounge Monday to Friday from 6am to 10am.
  • In-Room Dining is available daily from 5pm to 10pm via to-go packaging and contact-less service.

All food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
