Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Self-Parking is highly recommended but valet service will be available on request with priority to senior citizen guests. Due to limited on-site parking, please call the hotel in advance.
  • In accordance with the mandates of the local government, health declaration forms in entrances and outlets are provided via QR code and printed forms for all guests to fill up before entering the hotel.
  • All guests are encouraged to wear face masks and face shields at all times while within the premises. Body temperature checks are also enforced in all major entrance points of the hotel.
  • Social distancing signage, directional floor markers and other information boards are as well strategically placed throughout the traffic areas and elevators of the hotel to remind guests regularly.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • Partitions have been installed at the front desks and tables in our F&B outlets.
  • Outlet menu items are available via QR code for all guests convenience and safety.
  • Sanitation stations are available in all areas of the hotel for the use of all guests.
  • All of the precautions are subject to change with updated government guidance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee and tea amenities are available, but In-room dining is momentarily unavailable due to local government guidelines. Guests may proceed to the outlets at the ground floor for F&B orders and services.
  • Disinfectant Wipes: Available in the room for every arriving guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: 8 am to 8 pm hour access with guest key. Face masks and social distancing encouraged. Use of the gym should be with prior reservations to maintain allowed maximum capacity.
  • Pool: Open, 8 am to 8 pm. Note that furniture has been arranged to abide by social distancing regulations. Use of the pool should be with prior reservations to maintain allowed maximum capacity.
  • Room Service: Not currently offered.
  • Business Center: Closed until further notice.
  • Club Lounge: Closed until further notice.
  • Restaurant Outlets: Operation hours may change from time to time due to updated government guidelines.
  • Courtyard Lobby Bar: 7 am to 9 pm.
  • The Runway Kitchen: closed until further notice.
  • Pool Bar and Grill: closed until further notice.
  • Courtyard Delivery Services: 9 am to 8 pm.
  • Our restaurant team abides by national and local guidelines in terms of capacity and safety measures. Operations may change due to updated local guidelines. Guests are encouraged to wear face masks and shields while within the outlets.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Marriott Bonvoy guests must still pass through the front office to fill up health declaration forms as mandated by the local government.
  • Mobile Key: Mobile keys are available for Marriott Bonvoy Guests.

For the Health and Safety of our Associates & Customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:

 

  • Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts).
  • Hand sanitizer stations in public areas and event spaces to be used by all guests.
  • Single use cutlery, cups, water bottles/cans, function rooms linen-less table setup.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas.
  • Food will be pre-boxed/pre-packed with no self-service buffets.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.
  • Group lead contact details will be kept with our safety and security team for 21 days to support government contact tracing initiative.
  • Our dedicated event planner will work with event organizers on the implementation of protocols and procedures specific of your event.
