Hotel Information

The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Upon arrival, valet parking attendants have steering wheel coverings, gear shift coverings, and are wearing face mask & gloves. We have signage at the hotel entrance explain that face masks are mandatory, as well as explain social distancing procedures.
  • Bonvoy members are able to pre-check in prior to arrival, but we also have remote check-in desks for guests to remain 6 feet away from associates, including contactless payment processing. Once a guest checks into a room, no associates of the hotel will enter until 24 hours after the guest has departed.
  • In room dining is delivered to the door, by associate wearing gloves & face mask, where it is left just outside the room.
  • We have a key drop box located away from the front desk, and we email all folios.
We have removed as many unnecessary items in the rooms as possible. Once a guest checks into the room, no associates enters that room. Prior to arrival, we clean the room with updated cleaning equipment, and our new process includes cleaning all items possibly touched by a guest, as well as new electrostatic sprayer used in all rooms.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: open 24/7, masks required at all times, every other piece of equipment is unavailable for use.
  • Bar/Restaurant: open, masks required for entry, limited hours: 7am - 11am for breakfast, 5pm - 9:30pm for dinner.
  • Business Center: open 24/7, masks required at all times.
Our award-winning restaurant, Spoke & Steele, is open for breakfast & dinner daily, but closed for lunch. Seating has been rearranged to accommodate social distancing guidelines, all items have been removed from the table, and associates follow CDC guidelines closely.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
