Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

Signage is displayed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions, as mandated by state, local and company regulation. Other guest and public health measures include partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines, hand sanitizer stations available throughout our public space, in addition to the mandatory use of face masks for all guests and employees. Face masks are provided free of charge if you do not have one available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also obliged to wear personal face coverings. We provide face masks free of charge to our guests.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours/day, face masks required at all times.
  • Club Lounge: Not open at this time.
  • Outdoor Pool: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Daily, open until Labor Day, limited to 20 guests maximum per social distancing guidelines.
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours/day.
  • Meetings and Events Spaces: Operating as normal with additional cleanliness enhancements.
  • Self Parking: $44/day.
  • Valet Parking: Not operating at this time.
We are currently not serving any meals in Alexander's Bar and Grill, Circle Café, or Starbucks, or delivering any food via room service. For any snacks or convenience items, please visit our Corner Pantry, available 24 hours/day.

Our Front Desk also has information on a myriad of restaurant and local eatery options, whose menus can be accessed through popular food-delivery apps. Don't have a smart phone? Not a problem! Our Front Desk has you covered through its extensive network of great restaurant and eatery partners, which are ready to deliver to our hotel.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
