Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

No Hammam service is currently available at SPA AND this decision is in line with government regulations.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contact less coffee delivery.
  • Hygiene kit which includes disinfectant wipes and masks are available in the room and meeting rooms upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
Spa: Open, reservation required.
Tennis Court: Open, social distancing required.
Lounge: Closed
Restaurant: Closed, face masks required for entry and social distancing applied if the guest who stay at the hotel, would like to dine.
Room service will be specially packaged and delivered right to the door without contact.
For meetings and events, tailoring options for groups and enabling reserved spaces.
Replacing self service buffets with a variety of'grab and go' contact less food + beverage options.
Redesigning food + beverage station set ups to include protective barriers; removing non essential items.
