Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks. We kindly request our guests to maintain a social distance of 2 meters in all areas within the hotel.

Associates’ and visitors’ body temperatures are measured by contactless thermomether and registered at all entrance points in our hotel.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations and waste bins designated for used PPEs.

Disinfection mat is available at all hotel entrances.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wears PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Within the scope of conflict with Covid-19, all our employees have been given extensive training by training authorities, all our employees are regularly trained on the methods of prevention.

As per local regulations, 4 isolation rooms were prepared in our property and they are separated 4 rooms away from other guest rooms.

Before your room is prepared, it is aerated and kept for 24 hours.

In accordance with our brand standards to reduce social contact, all staying guest rooms are cleaned every third day. If you want your room to be cleaned every day, please inform the reception when you check in.

Disinfectant wipes and face masks are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center & Pool: Open, face masks required at all times except workout times.
Spa: Open, reservation required.
Club Lounge: Closed until further notice.
Restaurant: Open, face masks required for entry.

City Brasserie Restaurant: Open with extended single use restaurant and bar menu from 6:30 am till 23:00.


  • The menu is specially designed to strengthen the immune system.
  • A la carte breakfast with several selections is available, whereas buffet is not available until further notice.
  • Face masks and body temperature check are required for entry.
  • Products such as salt and pepper are offered for service in single-use packages.
  • Disposable disinfectant wipes are available on each table in the restaurant.

Lobby Bar & Sia Lounge & Café Patisserie: Closed until further notice

Club Lounge: The guests who have an access to Club Lounge can enjoy the Club Lounge offerings at The City Brasserie Restaurant

Room Service: Room service is available 24 hours and menu is on TVs in guest rooms.

Minibar: Minibar and complimentary tea/coffee offerings in guest rooms are available and they are sealed for each arrival after disinfection.
