Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, hygiene and occupancy limits in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Drop-off and pick-up point for guests who want to experience a contactless in-room dining experience.
  • Mobile check-in and key, mobile chat, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • All associates are wearing face masks and have a health screening arriving at the hotel, including the measurement of their temperature.
  • Disinfecting stations are available for our guests in public areas and guest rooms.
  • The temperature of the guests is checked upon their arrival. Hand sanitizer and face masks are offered at the reception at all times.
  • Guestroom keys are disinfected frequently.
  • Room orientation, guest service directory and menus are available on TV. If room orientation is desired to be completed with an associate, the social distance will be maintained.
  • Menus are transformed into digital, and the printed menus ate disinfected between each use.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Housekeeping: Services will not be given while the guest is inside the room, in every third day. Personal protective equipment will be used by all room attendants and changed after each guestroom. Enhanced focus on the disinfection of all guest room touchpoints. Extensive training and auditing procedures for all associates will continue.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers and kettles are individually disinfected and packed. Condiments such as coffee, tea, sugar, etc. are packed as well. "Sanitizing Kits" are provided in each room (containing face masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes).

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
Shine Spa: Open, reservation required.
Pool: Open.
Kids Club / Playground: Closed until further notice.
Shuttle: Operating, reservation required.
Sheraton Club Lounge: Open, face masks required for entry.

Sheraton Club Lounge is available to guests staying at Suites or Executive Rooms. Complimentary daily breakfast, happy hour including canapé snacks, wine and local beer and selected cocktails at the lounge during the stay. In Istanbul Baking Company, our mission is to provide quality baked goods that are wholesome and organic in nature; and to provide our baked goods in an environment that is positive, creative, and friendly to our community. Catchup with friends and family over a drink, enjoy tasty snacks, pamper yourself with delicious Turkish desserts at The Legends Bar.

Cleanliness and Health Measures


  • There is a mandatory screening for all guests, including a temperature check.
  • Seat allocation considers physical distancing.
  • Menus are transformed into digital, and the printed menus will be disinfected between each use.
  • The cleaning and disinfecting frequency is increased both for areas where guests or associates are using.
  • Face masks and gloves are provided for all associates working in restaurants, bars, and kitchens.
  • Takeaway and home delivery are provided.


Cleanliness and Health Measures for In-Room Dining


  • Contactless options for drop-off and pick-up at the door are offered to guests.
  • Disposable accompaniments, such as salt and pepper, etc. are used.
  • Trays and trolleys are disinfected between each use.
  • The orders are delivered by a server who is wearing a face mask and gloves.
